The three visa-free tracks三种免签路径

China has three different visa-free tracks. Using the wrong one is a common refusal reason.

中国有三种不同的免签路径。走错是常见拒入原因。

Unilateral visa-free: 50 listed countries, ordinary passports, 30 days. No third-country ticket. No area cap. Official NIA list as of 17 February 2026. Stay is counted from 00:00 the day after entry. Not for work, study as a student, or journalism.

单方面免签：名单上 50 个国家，普通护照，停留 30 天。不需要第三国机票，没有区域限制。国家移民管理局英文名单截至 2026 年 2 月 17 日。停留从入境次日 0 点起算。不适用于工作、学历留学、新闻采访。

Mutual visa-free: bilateral agreements covering ordinary passports. Usually 30 days; many also 90-in-180. No third-country ticket unless the treaty says otherwise.

互免签证：覆盖普通护照的双边协议。通常 30 天；不少还是 180 天内 90 天。除非条约另有规定，不需要第三国机票。

240-hour transit (TWOV): 55 listed countries transiting to a third country or region, 10 days. Confirmed onward ticket required. Designated areas only.

240 小时过境（TWOV）：名单上 55 个国家，前往第三国或地区，停留 10 天。必须有已确认的续程票。只能在指定区域活动。

24-hour airside transit exists for all nationalities if you stay inside the port restricted area.

所有国籍都有 24 小时过境：须留在口岸隔离区内。

If you already qualify for 30-day visa-free, those rules prevail — no third-country ticket, no area cap. Country lists, expiry dates, and TWOV ports change often. Recheck NIA/MFA before you fly. Russia’s unilateral policy was listed until 14 September 2026; most other 48 until 31 December 2026. Brunei had no end date stated.

如果已符合 30 天免签，以该规则为准——不需要第三国机票，也没有区域限制。国家名单、截止日期、TWOV 口岸经常变，起飞前再核国家移民管理局 / 外交部。俄罗斯单方面政策写到 2026 年 9 月 14 日；其余 48 国多数到 2026 年 12 月 31 日。文莱未写截止日期。
