TenPayGo is a standalone inbound payment app for overseas users and international visitors paying merchants in Chinese mainland. Per the service agreement, the service geography excludes Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.

Get started from the official beginner guide: sign in with email → add an international bank card or enable Apple Pay where available → scan a merchant QR, show your payment code, or pay on supported merchant sites in-app. Fees and limits are shown before you confirm.

Pay at merchants that accept Weixin Pay, and check spend plus history in the app. Store copy says more local transportation and lifestyle services will roll out gradually — treat that as upcoming, not a guarantee for any named product today.

Payment agreement (file dated 20260611): consumption is via bound International Cards and/or Overseas Wallets only. It does not include a balance account, top-up, person-to-person transfers, or red packets. Email verification is part of activation. Quotas and fees follow in-app prompts; the card path may carry a service fee (the overseas-wallet path is excluded from that fee clause in the agreement). Support phone listed in the agreement: 95017.

TenPayGo is an alternative to binding a foreign card inside WeChat — not a replacement for the existing WeChat Pay path on this site, and not proof that in-WeChat foreign-card binding rules changed. Keep both paths. It does not replace Alipay.
